Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting
will be held at Tamatekapua Meeting House, Ohinemutu, Rotorua
on Saturday, 7 November 2026 at 10.00am.
ELECTION OF ONE TRUSTEE
In accordance with the Trust Order, the current Trustee, David Tapsell, retires by rotation and is available for re-election (no nomination required) for a further 5-year term.
If there are more than two (2) candidates nominated, an election will be held by postal ballot, by poll vote.
Persons interested in being nominated for this position are invited to submit their nomination form to the Returning Officer. The minimum qualifications for nominees for election as per the Trust Deed are:
(a) Seven years of experience in Māori Land Governance, administration, law, commerce or management, or
(b) An NZQA-approved tertiary qualification in Māori Land administration, business administration, or management.
Please submit with your nomination evidence of the minimum qualification.

Nominations Open on Monday, 24 August 2026
Nominations Close on Monday, 7 September 2026, 4 pm.
Voting Papers will be mailed to registered Owners on Monday, 14 September 2026 (if an election is to be held)
Voting Papers must be returned to the Returning Officer by 4pm on Friday, 23 October 2026.
