will be held at the office of GHA,
1108 Fenton St, Rotorua
on
Saturday 12 September 2026 at 10:00am
ELECTION OF TWO TRUSTEES
With the resignation of Eric Sikanen and in accordance with the Trust Order, two (2) trustee positions are vacant.
Persons interested in being nominated for these positions are invited to submit their nomination form to the Returning Officer.
Please submit with your nomination a small photo and short profile.
Nominations can only be made on the official nomination form, which is available from the Returning Officer, GHA, Level 1, 1108 Fenton St, Rotorua, www.gha.co.nz, by emailing
returningofficer@gha.co.nz or downloaded from the websites of GHA and https://whakapoungakautrust.co.nz
If more than two (2) candidates are nominated, an election will be held at the General Meeting.

Nominations Open on Monday, 10th August 2026
Nominations Close on Monday, 31st August 2026, 4pm
General meeting and election – 12 September, 10.00 am, at the Office of GHA.
